David Shwarts Joins Growing Chicago, IL Community Management Firm, Legum & Norman Midwest, Executive Team as Vice President
Chicago, IL October 14, 2009 – Legum & Norman Midwest, an Associa Company, is proud to announce David Shwarts as Vice President in charge of client relations. As Vice President, Mr. Shwarts will be responsible for several areas including new client development and existing client relationships.
Mr. Shwarts comes to Legum & Norman Midwest with over 16 years of community management industry experience, is a licensed Illinois salesperson and a licensed realtor. Prior to coming to Legum & Norman Midwest, Mr. Shwarts was the Director of Property Management Services at a local Chicago firm where he oversaw community managers, was responsible for all marketing initiatives and oversaw the Condominium Management Division.
